Baseball

 

Today we had I guy called Craig come in and teach us a little bit about baseball. We did a few throwing and catching skills like a fly ball which is when it gets thrown up and then a ground ball which is when it is rolled on the ground. The ball kinda hurt my hand. Then we played a game and I thought that I couldn't hit the ball but I actually managed to hit it on my first try.

It was fun except I thought that he could maybe help us without batting. Thank you, Craig.

Kindness

 Brainstorm ways to show kindness ↴

Helping around the house, Helping at school, washing dishes, cleaning up, including someone, spending time with someone, and looking after someone.

What happens every time you show kindness you have to sing about it↴

There would be lots of cool songs made😂 and there would be more kindness shown. But I don't like to sing so would I do it?

How many ways can you show kindness with a letter↴

You could write to someone that you miss, you could write a thank you letter, and maybe you could write on to your teacher to say thank you.

how could this be part of showing kindness↴

 It is kind because you are not just throwing it on the ground, you actually have it to put it in bags and separate recycling.

What do you never see a kind person do

Being mean, talking about someone behind their back. Do you do those things?

What if everyone acted kind in the world?

People would not be depressed all the time and there would not be all the suicide attempts.

In different settings how could you show kindness?

In the playground you could let someone else have a turn, At home, you could clean up around the house, and At school, you could help the teacher.

What are the disadvantages of being kind?

Sometimes you get called names like try hard and you could get left because you are working too hard
