Beach Trip

On Monday my class and I went down to the beach to the surf club.
First we had went inside and met Cassie, Daimo and Kirsty. Then they gave us a tour of the surf club.
There was a gym, a first aid room, 2 changing rooms, a privet gear shed, a gear shed, a meeting room and the main staff room.

Then we went into the meeting room and learned how to do CPR. There where 6 letters that you had to remember before you did they where D: Danger, R: Response, S: Send for Help, A: Airways, B: Breathing and C: circulation.
Then once we did the compressions and finished the CPR we went through the First Aid kit.

Once we had finished Morning tea. Cassie asked if we had heard of the amazing race and most of us said yes.
She said that had set up one around the club. She gave us the first clue and it said got to where you get sausage sizzles and build a 3 level human pyramid.
Then we got the next clue. My favorite one was the one where you had to stuff 6 marshmallows in your mouth.

My team was the first to finished.

At the end of the time at the surf club we had to pick up rubbish off the beach and It was raining and freezing cold.

Then at the end of the day we went to the pools and played volleyball it was fun except we only had one lane because DUMB TE HORO SCHOOL took them all.

At the end of the day I was really tired but I had fun.
