The leaning tower of pisa

It said in the video that the construction of the leaning tower started in the 12th century but when I search it up it said that it was built on the 9th of August 1173 and then it opened in 1372.
That makes it about 800 years old.
I have only seen a building lean in Wellington when it was about to be knocked down.
I would climb to the top but there would be a lot of people that would have reservations for the trip to the top of the bell tower. I would also like to take one of those photos of me holding it up.
I'm not sure if it's possible to straighten it but I wouldn't because it is famous for it's lean.

  1. Awesome Nikaia! I would also love to visit the leaning tower of Pisa and take a picture pretending to hold it up too. I agree, a lot of people visit the tower because of its lean. It wouldn't be as popular if they had straightened it. Keep up the great work!
